Saint Paul’s purpose is to provide an excellent Christian education enabling students to find identity, purpose, and power for their lives, and become productive citizens of the world. Admission FAQ

How can I enroll my student?

Enrollment for new students is a 2 step process. First, you need to create an application account and apply to attend Saint Paul by submitting your online application HERE. If the class you are applying for is full, we notify you that you are placed on a waiting list.

Once your application is reviewed and accepted, you will receive an email with instructions to create a FACTS account (this is our school management platform) and complete your enrollment packet through this new account. The enrollment packet includes setting up your payment plan details before submitting. Upon submission you will be prompted to pay a $250 enrollment fee.

Prior to your first payment date, you will receive a confirmation outlining your tuition and discounts. Please let our school office know if you see any issues with this information.

In addition to your online enrollment packet, you will need to bring to our school office your student’s birth certificate and any other needed medical documentation per state requirements based on your child’s entering grade and whether they have enrolled in an Illinois school previously. Our school office will send this information to you once enrollment is processed.

Is there an enrollment fee?

Yes, there is a $250 enrollment fee collected online when you submit your enrollment packet to us.

When does the enrollment period for a school year open?

Members of Saint Paul Lutheran Congregation and returning students are offered a brief initial enrollment period followed by Open Enrollment for all families.

Open enrollment begins at the beginning of February and applications are accepted until classes are full.

Are there age requirements?

Students must be 3 years of age by November 1 of the current school year in order to enter Pre-Kindergarten classes, 5 years of age by September 1 in order to enter Kindergarten, and 6 years of age in order to enter First Grade.

If a class is full, do you have a waiting list?

A waiting list is maintained for full classes. When an opening occurs, students are moved from the waiting list to enrollment status based on the date and time noted on the application.
